Mūkupurvs is part of the Pardaugava part of Riga. It is bordered by the Riga neighbourhoods of Zolitude, Berberbeku and Pleskodales. It is also bordered by Marupe. It has an area of 4.5 square kilometers and is relatively undeveloped compared to the rest of the city.
