The words of MLK

Martin Luther King was assassinated 48 years ago today. I had not even been born when he died but I still find his words inspirational. I want to use my blog to share some of his wisdom with you and hope, as I found, that you will be inspired.

Hate cannot drive out Hate. Only love can do that.

The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically.  Intelligence plus character-that's the goal of true education.

We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.

Injustice anywhere, is a threat to justice everywhere.

The time is always right to do what is right.

We must learn to live together as brothers, or perish apart as fools.
