Welcome to my Blog. My name is Neil and I have been living in Buckinghan, UK since the 11th September 2020. I lived in the Armenia, Latvia and China. I am a teacher of Geography, Global Perspectives and English. I am married to Lena who is my soulmate and best friend.We also have a little boy, Robert. Today in History: May 4th

Greetings Gentle Readers. Its Star Wars day so lets Feel the Force of time while we cuddle the Wookie of history.

Robert and Papa meet Chewie and R2D2 at Disney HK

1959: The first Grammy Awards take place.

1970: The Kent State shootings. 4 unarmed students are killed by Ohio National Guardsmen at Kent state university during an anti Vietnam war protest.

1979: Margaret Thatcher becomes the first Female prime minister of the UK.

1990: Latvia declares independence from the Soviet Union.

2011: The first Star Wars Day is celebrated
