The wonderful thing about Bao Pals is that we can buy all the products from Tao Bao without having to worry about understanding Chinese.
Yes, it may be a little more expensive because Bao Pals take a commission for every sale.

I have never really been a fan of internet shopping but its hard to think of any big purchase we have made in China that we didnt buy from Tao Bao. Our oven, our clothes steamer, picture frames, Robert's Christmas presents and the Star Wars and Harry Potter DVD's are just some of the things we have bought.

Barely a day goes by without the excitement of a Wechat message informing us of a delivery to the Hive boxes in our housing complex. Just as I was writing this post we got a notification about a delivery and also a phonecall from a delivery guy who came to our apartment because a package was too big for the Hive boxes.
