Neil's Eeezee Cheezee Chicken Pasta

Hey Gentle Reader. Happy Monday so heres my latest culinary treat.

Ingredients (Serves 3)

1 chicken fillet
8 slices chorizo
200 g spaghetti
1 onion
1 yellow pepper
1 tin sweetcorn
1 red chilli
1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cheese cup soups
50g grated cheese
2 tea spoons krejums

Method
Cut the chicken and chorizo into small pieces and brown in the olive oil.
Put the onion, chili and pepper into the food processor and chop for a few seconds.
When the chicken is brown pour the veg and the sweetcorn onto it and continue heating it.
Put the pasta onto boil.
Pour the two soup sachets into a cup, add the krejums and add boiling water. Stir thoroughly ensuring the powder is all disolved and pour over the chicken.
When the pasta is cooked drain and pour it into the sauce. Stir thoroughly ensuring the sauce covers all the pasta and simmer on a low heat for ten minutes stirring regularly.
After 10 minutes add the grated cheese and stir. Turn off the heat place a lid on the pan and let the cheese ooze through the sauce....delicious.

Serve with garlic bread or salad.
